Owner and President

To Todd Hudson, smaller is better. That’s why, after years of working in the corporate world and mid-sized, independent agencies; owner Todd Hudson started Hudson Insurance Group (HIG) in 1996. An individualist at heart, Todd sought not only to be a small businessman, but also to serve others with similar goals.

As a small business owner, Todd knows firsthand the complications of running and growing a business, and he has a vested interest in the success of his clients. He is a team player, and knows that providing top-notch service is just good business. Todd has a clear understanding of the unique needs of small business. Todd is devoted to the highest level of customer service and strong client partnerships.

Todd has become a leader in his industry, serving as chair to the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), a 60,000-member organization. Todd has also served locally by meeting with insurance regulators, the Delaware House and Senate insurance committee, and the Delaware Small Business Insurance Task Force.

Account Executive

Since 2000, Barbara has been a key member of the Hudson Insurance Group team. As a valued benefit specialist at HIG, Barbara’s concentration focuses on Small Group and Individual Health Plans.

Working closely with local businesses and individuals, she is dedicated to providing the best-fit solutions to all insurance needs, large or small. Barbara brings a wealth of experience to HIG, having served a variety of roles in the insurance industry throughout her career. From human resources and customer service to administrative positions, these experiences have shaped a well-rounded professional, adept in handling the diverse duties inherent in the management of a well-run organization.

A keen attention to detail, warm personality and strong interpersonal skills make her a true asset to HIG.

Account Executive

As an Account Executive, Bryna is an instrumental member of the HIG staff. Bryna brings over seven years of office management experience to HIG along with a positive working attitude. From her analytical thinking to her diligent customer support, she’s always there to lend a helping hand. Bryna plays a key role in managing and assisting HIG customers with daily issues that arise to enrollment and claims issues. Her devotion and warm-hearted personality make her a pleasure to work with.




Account Executive

As an Account Executive, Cari is instrumental in establishing new relationships and developing new business. With over six years of experience in sales and management, she understands how important relationships are with her clients.

Her goal is to provide them with the best customer service possible and make sure their needs are satisfied. Cari understands that insurance benefits can be confusing and is focused on making it a smooth and positive experience. She is known for the attention given to her clients and for genuinely caring about their business and well-being.

Cari comes to us from the Midwest and brings a fun, energetic, and positive attitude to our team.

Office Manager

As Administrative Assistant, Linda brings over 30 years of office management experience to HIG. Her warm personality is a welcome to customers who seek solutions to their claims and enrollment issues. You can count on Linda to find a solution to your benefits needs.
